Did the DG stay in the Forum?

Got that last February. A Forumite had a notice in the For Sale (or Wanted) section, listing for a friend. Said he wanted to trade a Rick V63 for a Hofner V63. It just so happens that a Hofner V63 runs around $1750 from Northcoast, and $1750 was the going price for recent sales of a Rick V63, so I convinced the seller to let my buy the Rick for that price, and then he could order the Hofner from Northcoast and we'd be set. I sent the money, got the bass. Don't know if he ever got the Hofner. He told me he was a Beatles fan and didn't really play bass, but just wanted to have the iconic instrument in his collection. OK!

That happened at the same time I bought an '02 Jetglo 4003 for a $500 BIN and the 2060 on eBay. I was home with pneumonia and obviously spent too much time on the computer while I recovered. Once in a while, I'll glom onto a good deal and flip it to finance my keeper purchases. Witness the DG. Anybody want to talk 2060?

Alex, the DG is going to a newbie on the RIC Forum. He got skunked out of the recent DG on eBay, and brought that up on the "Just Basses" forum. I asked him to get in touch, and we came to an agreement. If his PayPal payment comes through OK, the DG will be on its way come Monday.
