One family member just parted yesterday: the '97 4003FG was going for 1300$ with an old non-original case and w/o the hand rest. She found a nice new home in a CCR-Cover-Band.

OK, I'm going to try and finally do this after over 1 year on the Ric corporate forum and being on this forum since November.
The 4001S ('S' Club Baby!) was purchased new in 1984 when I was 22, and the fireglo 4003 was from ebay last Spring when I was 44. You can see how the headstock evolved from the smaller late 70's early 80's size to the late 90's bigger version on the 4003.
