With the discoloration removed, a TRC, a proper setup and better pics taken, I'd estimate a total of 1-2 hours of fairly simple work put into it, this bass could easily fetch $1,500 on eBay.
I have a spare black TRC just for such occasions, and I figured I could polish out the pink discoloration. But I just couldn't justify another bass at the moment, I just got a 70's Fender fretless neck and I'm in the process of restoring a vintage J bass, so I'm temporarily out of GAS money
