Nearly $10000 USD to get it here? Even I would say that is overpriced, considering the issues it has with the body wings splitting off Image

I have been known to pay well very recently for an interesting bass, but neither the 9.9 out of 10 Jan 1970 German 21-fretter nor the 9 out of 10 genuine-1963 exceeded $7500 delivered, and the German 1968 4001 (8 out of 10 because it needed replacement tuners, PG, and shoes) did not exceed $5400 delivered.

So, $!0,000 for only a 1969 bass with structural issues that none of the others had is a bit much even in today's market....
