In fact right across the street from MARF this past weekend there is a house where a gentleman lives who has a few "neat" cars. I remember seeing a Studebaker and a shortened '57 Nomad in the driveway. It looked to be maybe 12' long. No bed in that one for sure!

Jeffery, I like the concept, but sorry, I would need another paint combo.

Those headlights are just too da**ed big.

That's what it is! Thanks Paul, I knew there was something strange about that front end. It's the BIG eyeballs!

Good Lord, what DID that one start out as? A late-model Thunderbird, or even worse a Vette???

That's frickin' kool! The headlights are perfect. Where did you find that Jeffrey? It looks like whatever it is was built on a Corvette chassis.

A friend sent those to me. Here is his description:

"This looks like something a guy like me would need. It is called a Chevy
789 because it utilizes the most distinctive design features of Chevy's
most popular years, 1957, 58, & 59. One hundred of them are to be built by
a company named N2A, (No 2 Alike). They sit on a Corvette C6 chassis and
will run about 40K+ over the cost of the C6, which is about 45K."

I think it is interesting, to say the least; not neccesarily my kind of car, but different, for sure!
