Hey Jim, I'm in of course! I have the LP, CD, Japanese import Cd, POSSIBLY an old cassette as well! Now, DVD. Yep, things are looking up!
"Freedom of expression is important, but I have learned that people want to know how much you care before they care how much you know." The only time a bass player gets noticed is when he stops playing.
Just WHERE exactly can you get or have the POSSIBILITY of getting an autographed copy?
Oh man, the FEVER is upon me again!

A deluxe, expanded edition of Chris' 1975 album, "Fish Out of Water" is scheduled to be released on June 25 by Chris' new label Stone Ghost Records. This special edition has been remastered and will feature bonus materials, including a DVD with the promo videos for the original release, along with audio commentary and interview from Chris. Chris will be offering autographed copies of the album available via this site. Stay tuned for details.
I'm wondering what the "bonus materials, including a DVD with the promo videos" are. When they say "including" the DVD, to me that implies more stuff besides the DVD. Could there be other and/or alternate tracks or takes? Or will it be the DVD & audio/interview, but no extra tracks? I guess we'll find out eventually - I just don't want my imagination to get out of control.
The movie director Vince Gallo did the Fish Out Of Water film transfer. He owns the only known 35mm print of the film and transferred it to digital for Chris. I sold him a bass once and he mentioned having done the transfer while he was here looking at the bass. When we made our deal on the bass I requested as part of the terms, a VHS copy from his master transfer. He sent it to me but requested I never make a copy, which I did not. The transfer is awesome and looks a trillion times better than all the you-tube copies. Vince owns the bass Chris plays in the video.
