"I don't think it will get here in time to be included in "4004 week."

Yeah, maybe for 2009...
I hope that is not the case, of course...

Paul, that walnut, set off by the maple, is too sweet. I'm in love again.

Discovering the 4004 definitely kept me in the rickenbacker camp, especially after I realized it fulfilled my need for a five string, modern tone, light weight and great ergonomics(a five string that's as light as a four with the same ergo's- unbelievable!) Yeah the headstock is a little....different, but you could also get a solid color Laredo and get it filled/drilled/refinned(partial). As it is, by reversing the tuners on top, the keys end up close to the stock position, so that worked out good.

Lindsay Hahn hasn't posted a pic of his 4004Cii BBR but after a live encounter with it last year I can tell you..... it's an absolute stunner! Image

Come to think of it, where the heck is Lindsay??

330's have been done. We're starting to run low of models! I'll have to check the list when I get out of class. New model in a few hours!

I absolutely love this thread as it is a place where "B" meets "G". It has really brought people together from these two forums who otherwise may not have crossed paths. The idea is brilliant. Thanks, John.
