I talked with the seller via e-mail and they seemed on the up and up and were even trying to e-mail the other bidders. New Ebay policies make e-mailing someone bidding on your item more difficult these days. The auction could have been worded better, but suggesting that there would be legal recourse just shows what's wrong with our legal system. Take responsibility and read the whole auction before you bid.
