Nope, although I know of a pristine example in Europe.
Check out the lack of 4001 deluxe basses in the register. From 64 to 67, there isn't much there...

there aren't many 4001 deluxe from the 60s here in continental Europe...I mean purchased as new in the retailers in those days
most of the basses were 4001S, arrived through the RM channel...
The deluxe items started arriving around 69/70
