Man you guys are too quick for me! I was just headed over here from the bay, to post about that mapleglo 4003 with the black pickguard, and I see you've already found it. I thought it should have a split pickguard if its a 4003 from 80, shouldn't it? And that looks like an Ibanez board....

LOL... I've had it mounted the same way on my first Ric until I realized the correct way. The reason, probably, is that pickup covers on Fenders are mounted like this.
