Rickenbacker Video

Post by Ontario_RIC_fan »

I found this while wandering about the web...

http://www.veoh.com/videos/v7396971ASkAZ9yp

Has anyone else seen it. Judging by John Hall's hairline, this must have been shot about 15 years back. Nice to see the inside of the Factory!

Great video ! Did anyone notice that McGuinn was playing through a Roland JC 120 amp ? I'm thinking of getting one of these.

More importantly, did anyone else notice the 340 Lightshow in that segment?

Isn't that a 12 string, AND a slant fret as well? Or am I confusing and mixing 3 of his guitars together?

I didn't notice if it was a slant fret.

McGuinn had the only 341LS/SF ever made. Can't tell if that guitar is the one in the video, but it could be...

An interesting video for sure....once you get past the excessive footage of the 14 freeway, PCH 1 and RIC's front door. No soliciting by the way.

I had posted this a few months back. Very cool video. You rarely see any video or pictures from the inside of the factory

That's true Adam.. I thought it was really neat to see.

Did you see the more recent video for the Laguna Tools computerized lathes that Rickenbacker uses? Some nice footage from inside the factory there too...
