I like it, but, like the late 60s 4000, it should have a rout for a neck pickup... so those who want can create their RM1999 RI.... though to be period perfect the rout would have to be shallow, which would require a ri of the short pole-piece toaster!weemac wrote:Folks are still going to want a "S" bass.. Dot markers but use the current 4003 neck (with correct way long headstock) and plexi nameplate.
Minimal routing at neck joint (just enough to get the truss rods out)
