Considering the mono set is basically all sold out except for the exhorbitant $300+ gougers, you'll probably be out of luck by X-mas time. Apparently, they will be making more than the originally-planned 10,000 sets, but how many more, I don't know. Amazon actually reduced my locked-in price to $229.49, as the price changed after I pre-ordered. Nice surprise.wj350 wrote:I voted fan but no purchase. I don't plan on rushing out to buy them, but I'm guessing in another month or two my wife will want to know what I want for Christmas, and as I can rarely think of anything, I might mention the mono set.
The mono set sounds great. AndSgt. Pepper has some fairly significant differences from the stereo version many of us are familiar with. The way it was originally intended by the lads. Good stuff indeed.
