I know George's is a 63 but they only made two 360's in 63 ,No.1 and No.2 so i figured a 64 would be good enough for me!

According to the Smith book there were 6 model 360 6-string Ricks produced in 1963 -- and 37 365s.

So it's not a fantasy that they were made, but it may be fantastic to believe you'd ever find one!
