Rickenbacker goes above and beyond....

Well guys I Just had my 07 Geddy Glo in for some warrenty work and all I can say is ...WOW....Not only did they fix the problem they went above and beyond....Now Kenny could have said Nope this issue happens to all guitars....because it does...... Rickenbacker stands behind their product !!!

Good to hear. Though, I'm not surprised. I've been in awe of my '08 MID 4003 since I got it--the quality is stunning.

There it is from the man him self......now what they could have did was just replace the bottom neck binding and touched up that area ... Nope not Rickenbacker......new strings....new nut....reshot whole bass with the new UV Geddy Glo....fixed the tail probally replaced it....polished the frets,..and gave her a world class setup....and had it back to me in record time....now thats service.... now rember guys this is an 07... Rics finish warrenty is one year ..now cracking binding at the frets happens to all brand guitars..now try to get that fixed from other brands
