Another one of Jeff's
Greetings, everyone. Another new member from Cleveland here. I was at the Guitar Center in Mayfield (Cleveland), coming out of the acoustic room and heard the sound of a ric bass (that's right, there's no other sound like it). I walked around a stack of amps and there was a beautiful mapleglo 4001 with checkerboard binding, toaster in the back...really fine. Oh, and Jeff Scott was there too. He was gracious enough to let me play it and I was reminded of what a great instrument it is. Jeff directed me to this great forum. Thanks, Jeff and I look forward to talking to you all!

Indeed, I have decided to keep it. Not only that, but I feel motivated to start playing again. Are you and the rest of the Kings still playing on Sunday? I'd like to come by. What time are you starting?jps wrote:Something like that!scotty wrote:So in a nut shell life was going along swimmingly and then it happened you met Jeff Scott and it all went downhill.![]()

I've always been pretty proud of mine as well, but I see already that my knowledge is nothing compared to what these guys have! I'll have to get some photos up soon.fluffy wrote:welcome larry
