Joey, with the red effect it looks like real flame rising from the thru-neck section... man I love grain in wood!

Okay, mine has arrived. This V63 has beautiful maple - nice grain and some good looking figuring. My thanks to Bluewhale for taking such good care of it, great packing, and a smooth transaction.

To balance against all that lovely maple :D . . .
here is my V63 from page 1 again after put it together. It got a new, better looking pickguard from Tony at pickguardian.com. (haven’t screwed in that finger rest yet) I also made a new black nut to get the good old closer string spacing.
