Any Signature Identification Experts out there?
Rickenbacker player since 1978
Re: Any Signature Identification Experts out there?
Here's his actual signature on his website. http://www.paulmccartney.com/home.php
I would say the signature on the bass is a close facsimile but no cigar.

Yeah, I wonder if McCartney was that bold with his signature on guitars.
The signature on his webpage is uninterrupted (between the names). I don't know if this is always the case.
One possibly revealing aspect,...would be to check out the numbers (93) with others he is known to have witten.

I think it looks almost TOO perfect to be McCartney's signature, that it should be bolder and messier, given IF he signed it the situation would be hectic and frantic.

Our own Mike Gutierrez is a signature ID expert. Did Macca ever sign a baseball?

If Mozart were with us today, he'd play a Fireglo 4001C64! ~~~*~~~ Beethoven, on the other hand, would play a Matte Jetglo 4001C64S!
