I would say the signature on the bass is a close facsimile but no cigar.

Yeah, I wonder if McCartney was that bold with his signature on guitars.

The signature on his webpage is uninterrupted (between the names). I don't know if this is always the case.

One possibly revealing aspect,...would be to check out the numbers (93) with others he is known to have witten.

I think it looks almost TOO perfect to be McCartney's signature, that it should be bolder and messier, given IF he signed it the situation would be hectic and frantic.

Because it looks like almost every signature you see on signed merchandise in any baseball card/comic book/collectibles shop?!
