I got my Midnight Blue 4003 for $1150.00 brand new.

Of course that was in 2002.
We all have a photographic memory.
- It's just that sometimes the pictures get left on the darkroom floor.

I was glad I didn't have the money ready when I saw this, because I probably would have gotten one. But I'm holding out for a 4004 jetglo or 4004 trans red.

I got mine today!! I took it out of the box way too early (it was still a bit warm) so I put it back in the case and hopefully everything will be good tomorrow when I look at it again. On first glance everything looked fine. The body binding is less white than the other white plastic and binding, but I looked at my DCM and it looks similar, so I'm not worried about it yet. I'll give it a good look tomorrow and actually plug it in to see how it plays. The inlays on the darker fretboard are awesome.

Well the price is good, I called up to order, but the State of California now requires sales tax, and since the state of Califorinia is using my tax money in ways which I don't agree, I canceled my order. :(

Kind of a silly reason since I don't think the State of California will be hurting if they're minus one residents taxes, but I suppose there's something to be admired in sticking to your principals.

Well, from my point of view, I don't think the State of California cares if Jerry dosen't buy his bass. I think the only one who's going to be hurting from that idea, is Jerry. Since the State of California is going to carry on just fine wether he buys it or not, he might as well get the Bass he wants.

Or he could just use a discount voucher as others have done, pretty much equal the costs out.
