Is that anywhere near Carbondale and if so, is Ma Hale's Home Cooking still open?

Just answered my own question. Googled it. Ma Hale's was in Grand Tower, IL, right on the Mississippi. I ate there several times in 1970 and 1971. It closed in the mid-'70s. Best darned fried chicken I ever et.
