Holding down the forum
Chris (Loendmaestro) posted a now somewhat old thread called "those left behind."
This one, too, is for the rest of us who're unable to attend the 75th, a place to congregate (when we're not checking out the news from So. Cal?)
But we'll be there in spirit, eh?

This is off the record

Me too, Ken. I was hoping for some news from my work that would allow me to make it, but that news didn't come yet and it's past my deadline. I was hoping for a webcam set up at the site or something, but I decided to take my daughter up to see her Grandma next weekend so I wouldn't feel so bad.

I don't know about the wireless access but it's likely.
There's no problem with audio or video recording at the Museum event; Paul Kantner actually encourages it. While we're not bound by his rider for this event, it usually specifies a line-of-sight area reserved for video.
Even the HOB permits consumer grade video cameras but forget audio recording.
