About six weeks ago, I bought a beautiful 330/12 JG. Then I bought a Vox AC-15. And then a forum member--thanks tmossman!--informed me that I have been living lo these past nine years just a short drive from Pick of the Ricks. A trip there last week and a follow-up visit to Chris's display at this past weekend's guitar show in Valley Forge, PA, yielded the most gorgeous-to-gaze-upon and most comfortable-to-perform-upon guitar I've ever owned, a 360/6 AFG. Allow me to put a plug in here for Pick of the Ricks: as many of you already know, that is one classy operation. Chris sets the guitars up as soon as he gets them and then tweaks them again before they leave with/for some happy customer, and judging by mine, he is a master. This guitar plays like butter. Chris is a great guy to chat with in the store, too.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself more fully than before and say thanks to everyone on this forum, as I have learned so much about Rickenbacker guitars and associated matters during the last couple of months. This is where I started and will undoubtedly continue my Rickucation (sorry!).
Oh, and I know how hungry we are all for pictures. So, here you go. (By the way, rest assured that the "Made in America" sticker on the 360 is now gone
