I'm not really into these guys, but check out the bassist rocking the FG.

“'What was that note?' I told him it was a B natural, the third of G dominant 7 going back to C minor, and I can't talk while I'm playing so don't ask me any more questions." - Ron Carter to Miles Davis
Re: MGMT
they Just did 2 songs on Jimmy Fallon's show complete with that pretty 4003FG, don't know if I'd listen to a whole lot of em.they're not bad, just not my cup of coffee. maybe I'll listen to a few more of their tunes and develop a decision.
♪♫♪♫I need new strings, these ones have a bunch of dang wrong notes on 'em ♫♪♫♪

Re: MGMT
It doesn't help that the singer doesn't really sing, just kind of does a falsetto. Lots of other bands like this in that genre.
"They make great f***'n basses". - Lemmy, NAMM 2009
Re: MGMT
Interesting. A new MGMT song.
Not quite as catchy as the stuff off "Oracular Spectacular" (their last collection). Check out "Time To Pretend" (also with the 4003 FG):

Re: MGMT
They're marvelous, in my opinion. Just put on a fantastic show in Minneapolis. Lots of Syd Barrett in their latest effort, but they're not an easy band to nail down. Good for them, I say.
