Actually, the current seller 'americanguitars' bought it on ebay from 'hesthekeeper'last week for $3083 & has it listed for a Buy It Now @ $4100. Trying to turn a 1K profit in a week.
The photos are terrible & don't resemble the coloring on the one I have, or other pics I've seen.

It's great to be back & read these posts! Within 24 hrs. after leaving the confluence - I was lying flat on my back in a hospital bed with a broken knee-cap - recovery / physical therapy are coming along fine.

From what I've read, Dave Clark's a smart businessman within the music industry in England...so it's interesting that he's resisted the opportunity to re-master & release the catalog commercially on CD.

Does he own the rights to these songs? Who wrote their 'hits'. Legal problems within the band ...

Anyone know why the Dave Clark 5 were never officially released on CD...there are bootlegs and an out of print compilation...but their stuff isn't commercially available on CD in the US.

That's plain downright sad... 2 yrs. and not much improvement.
