I've always heard that he used a razor to cut slits in his speakers initially. I'm sure he used what ever was laying around at the time.

I can't believe he's not in the Hall of Fame.

Danke! Just mailed you back. I think I'll get a New York for the neck. I really liked the 180 in the bridge position.

Jerry,

How would you describe the tones you're able to get from them? They don't have sound samples on their site and I don't know anyone who's tried their product.

GFS Just emailed me back. Looks like I'll have to do some routing. I'm thinking I'm going to do it. It will be cheaper than buying another guitar, and I've had that itch lately. Now I just need to figure out what pick ups to get. From GFS: _____ Tony The problem with the Dearmonds is the surface mou...

Thanks Jerry and Paul. I just sent an email to GFS asking which specific models have the tone I am looking for and will fit in my guitar without me having to mod it.

So, I've never heard of Symfonia guitars before. Where can I learn more about them?

Looks like one of those shreddin' Jackson guitars to me. Why would you ever strip off the black and green lightening finish? (Mine matches my Zoobas.) Let's see pics of the Floyd Rose on that sucker!

Chris is correct: Metallica died with Cliff Burton. Their last decent album (And Justice for All...), while recorded after his death, contains a number of songs he wrote. Once they milked his tunes, they began writing some of the most terrible "metal" in history. My friend Zeps hung out wi...

Anthony,

It would be nice if you took photos of each step once you begin installing the Bigbsy. It would make for a good (and apparently needed) FAQ.
