In the UK, it's spelled and pronounced "bugger". It means something totally different, as you already possibly know.

Late last year I finished customizing a '74 350, part of which was crushed pearl inlays. After an exhaustive search for a reasonable approximation, including some custom-made material involving pearl dust, we ended up using "Sparkle MOP" from Rescue Pearl. While in a side-by-side comparison with the real stuff, it's not a direct copy, but it looks very close once finished. If anyone's interested, I can post pics of the finished guitar (they were posted on this board by the owner late last year), as well as of the material.
